Melissa Hoffman Simon

1953 – 2025

Beloved SET company member Melissa Hoffman Simon passed away unexpectedly on July 14, 2025, while visiting friends in California. Melissa was a jack of all trades at SET both behind the scenes and on stage. Melissa left an indelible impression on audiences in shows like “Arnie’s Love Mix”, “Ripcord,” and her Henry-nominated performance as Babs in “Life Sucks”. We send our heartfelt condolences to her family and friends, especially her husband and longtime friend of SET, Keith Simon. As incredible an actress and company member as she was, Melissa was an even better friend. We’ll miss her terribly, but take comfort in knowing that while she left us too soon, we’re better for having had her in our lives.
