Stocking Stuffers

December 10 – 19, 2015

Book by Jenny Maloney & Jessica Weaver

Springs Ensemble Theatre continues our sixth season with a Holiday special limited run of Stocking Stuffers.

The holiday season is a time of reflection and new experiences that range from joyous to heartbreaking. Stocking Stuffers (a world premiere) is a fantastic collection of original monologues written by SET’s own Jenny Maloney and Jessica Weaver. Holidays bring excitement, tradition, family, heartache, joy, laughter, tears and moments that become the memories of our lives. There will be monologues about first holidays, Christmas wishes, and a ghostly visit. Monologues will be interspersed with musical interludes from the cast including “Santa Got Stuck in my Chimney,” “Baby It’s Cold Outside,” and with live music from The Rogue Spirits! This evening is sure not to disappoint anyone looking for an uplifting and slightly quirky night this holiday season.

SET’s production is directed by Emory John Collinson. It features performances by SET members Gabriel Espinosa-Lira, Max Ferguson, Jonathan Margheim, Jill Peterson, and Sarah S. Shaver as well as performances by The Rouge Spirits, Brooke Ashbridge, Brandon Foster, Karann Goettsch, Jessica Parnello, Autumn Schubauer, and John A. Zincone.
